What is the running time of the show?
Disney’s Aladdin is approximately 2 hours and 30 minutes long, including an interval.
What is the age guidance for Disney's Aladdin?
This production is recommended for ages 6 and up. Please note that under 3s will not be admitted into the auditorium, including babes in arms.
When will I get my tickets?
If you book online, you will be allocated e-tickets. You will receive an order confirmation by email first and then your tickets will arrive separately within 1 hour.
You should receive your order confirmation within 5 minutes of booking. If you haven’t, please contact us below and a member of the team can check your account. You can also view your booking on the Upcoming Events page in your account section on the website.

Why am I in a queue online?
To ensure the smooth functioning of our website during busy periods, when you click through to book your tickets you will enter a queue on the website. Please keep an eye on the queue as when it is your turn, you may need to click a link to take you to the next stage. Keep the browser open and don’t refresh the page to ensure you keep your place in the queue. Please do not call us if you are in an online queue already.
Can I purchase tickets at the counter/Box Office in person?
You can book tickets at our ticket sales counter from Monday to Friday, 10am till 5pm. Our ticket sales counter is accessed via our Thorpe Street Reception, located on Thorpe Street. During weekday matinee performances, our ticket sales counter inside our theatre foyer will be open, and can be accessed from our main doors, located on Hurst Street.
During weekday evening and weekend performances, our ticket sales counter in the theatre foyer opens 90 minutes before a performance starts, until 30 minutes after curtain up.
Our ticket sales counter opening times may be subject to change during bank holidays. Please call our Information and Sales team for counter opening times on bank holidays, ahead of your journey.

Is there a priority on sale?

Friends (Single, Joint, Family) can claim their discount(s) on their own ticket(s), but can also book additional standard tickets in the priority booking period.
