Tickets are sent from the email addresses onlinequery@birminghamhippodrome.com or tickets@birminghamhippodrome.com and will have the subject heading of “Your tickets”. If you can’t find them don’t worry – we are happy to resend or arrange for tickets to be available to collect at the box office. To request this please contact us.
