For Experienced Dancers….
We have three FREE masterclasses in the Patrick Centre – all amazing opportunities to experience classic styles given a contemporary twist by professional dancers taking part in Sampled.
These sessions would suit professionals, experienced amateurs, dance students at FE and HE level, or more experienced secondary school dance students.
Wed 1 Mar, 1-3pm
Experience contemporary tango with Julia Urruty and Claudio Gonzalez who are also returning to the Hippodrome in May for Milonga.
Thu 2 Mar, 11.30am-1.30pm
Ballet and contemporary crossover with Acosta Danza, the new company from Carlos Acosta, also returning to the Hippodrome later this year.
Fri 3 Mar, 4.30pm-6pm
Iron Skulls Co. investigate mixing contemporary and urban dance together. They will offer tools to allow the dancer -amateur or professional – to apply them to her or his own dance style and movement.
