Escape to our delightful Champagne Summer Garden.
We’re celebrating the 50th anniversary of Laurent-Perrier’s iconic Cuvée Rosé with a special summertime garden party ahead of each performance of Birmingham Royal Ballet’s enchanting production of Romeo and Juliet.
Bringing the outside in, our Thorp Street Atrium will be transformed into a romantic country garden filled with flowers and the sounds of midsummer to make the most of the long evenings.
Join us whether you are planning to see the show or not, this is the perfect start to your summer afternoon or evening.
Your ticket into the garden includes:
- a refreshing glass of Cuvée Rosé Champagne
- delicious nibbles
- a homemade summer fruits tart
- a chance to win a bottle of Cuvée Rosé in the riddling challenge (find out more on the day!)
On the evenings of Wed 27 & Thu 28 Jun, Tony Carter, National Account Manager for Laurent-Perrier, will be on hand sharing anecdotes and tasting notes about this most opulent of French, family-owned brands.
Head back to the garden in the interval to avoid the bar queues and purchase more sunny refreshments or share a bottle with friends.
Launched in 1968 and bottled in a distinct shape inspired by designs from Henry IV’s reign, Cuvée Rosé has a highly expressive bouquet. Its delicious red berry flavours today make it a benchmark for all rosé champagnes.
Tickets into the garden are strictly limited so please book in advance.
Book now by calling Beth on 0121 689 3084, booking online below or emailing bethanywhitehead@birminghamhippodrome.com
*Please note your ticket to the Champagne Summer Garden does not include a ticket to Romeo and Juliet. This must be purchased separately. You are welcome to book into the Garden even if you are not seeing the show.
