Here at the Hippodrome, we are incredibly lucky to work with a community of Young People who meaningfully shape what we do.

We are thrilled to share their journeys with you in our new film.

Curated by the Young Advocates (a group of 14–22-year-olds from the West Midlands who support and influence the Hippodrome’s work with and for young people), this video highlights all the incredible ways we work together. From performances and youth theatre groups to mentoring and training, advocacy, Young Community Drop-Ins and work opportunities, there are so many experiences for local young people to get involved in.
